Grown in the cool, misty highlands of the Wahgi Valley, this washed Arabica comes from the renowned Sigri Estate, a name synonymous with some of PNG’s highest quality coffee. Graded A-16+, these beans are large, dense, and beautifully uniform—perfect for a consistent, clean cup.
Cup Profile:
Expect a vibrant cup with bright citrus acidity, toffee sweetness, and a long, clean finish. Hints of bergamot, stone fruit, and black tea round out the profile. Washed processing brings clarity and structure, making this an excellent single origin for both espresso and filter.
