Shipping policy

At Walcha Coffee, we aim to get your order packed and in the post as quickly as possible—because we know fresh coffee waits for no one.


📦 Shipping Timeframes

We ship all orders within 7 days of purchase. In most cases, your order will hit the post within 1 working day.

Once it’s on the way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your door.


🚚 Carriers

Orders are packed and dispatched from our roastery in Walcha, NSW. We usually use Australia Post and StarTrack, depending on parcel size and destination.


🌏 Where We Ship

We currently ship Australia-wide.

📮 Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time or something looks off in the tracking, just get in touch. We’ll follow it up and get it sorted.


💥 Lost or Damaged Items

We pack every order with care. If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing, email us at info@walchacoffee.com.au and we’ll make it right.
